At present,China's electric power industry is in the crucial stage of transformation and development.With the development of power network scale and the rapid increase of large area multi-substation users,the traditional operation and management methods have obviously not been able to adapt to the current development requirements.As a key component of the smart grid,the whole process video surveillance system can achieveabove goals under the support of network,computer and other hardware equipment,and also play a important role in the production,operation,maintenance,management and emergency handling of the power grid.For this reason,the video visual monitoring system for the whole process of electric power has been proposed,which mainly used to capture the operating video data of the equipment,find out all kinds of security hidden dangers in the job site,observe the latest reality of the emergency front line,then transmit the data to the video monitoring system through the network,and use the platform analysis,statistics and storage for later extraction.It can be said that the former can be regarded as the "eye",acting as the function of collecting information,while the latter is the "heart",playing the function of data collection and storage.The system is designed and implemented from eight aspects: system connection setting,shortcut key setting,video browsing function,electronic map function,query download function,playback analysis function,platform management function and device management function.The whole process video visual monitoring system is mainly used to solve the problem of controllable and in-control of power system.Therefore,in the design process,it must be based on the actual needs of the system,so that the system has functional practicability.At the same time,after comparing the C/S and B/S structures,the advantages of both are taken into account,and the combination of C/S and B/S is adopted in the architecture.The system includes the overall architecture,logical architecture and functional architecture.The overall architecture is divided into application architecture,data architecture and physical architecture,logical architecture subdivides a complete project into three layers,according to the order from top to bottom,they are view layer,business layer and storage layer.The system is based on Eclipse development platform.Java programming language,Tomcat server technology,relational database SQL Server 2008 technology and UML unified modeling language are used to realize the whole function.The whole power video visual monitoring system has been put into operation.The system has strong visibility and practicability,and can realize functions such as video surveillance,statistical analysis and data storage.It highlights the core of power monitoring and has become an important part of the smart grid.In order to realize the rapid transformation of power system,change the operation mode and optimize the management mode,it has effectively improved the efficiency of power system management and operation,and provided theoretical exploration and practical experience for the construction of smart grid.
