In the power industry,safety in production has always been the top priority,while the efficient management of tools in production operations is the basic guarantee for workers' life safety and the stable operation of power network.Up to now,all domestic power supply companies have basically matched the tools needed for safe operation.Usually,they will distribute the applicable tools according to the work content before each operation.At present,the distribution and recovery of the tools in the power industry are basically recorded by manual workers,which occasionally leads to the return of the workers who go out.At the same time,there are forgetfulness and loss in the registration of the record personnel,which lead to the loss of assets,affect the normal work,and even lead to safety accidents.Tool trucks often need to go to different substations to carry out work.After work,they are checked manually.Therefore,the loss of tools often occurs due to the failure to check in time and other reasons.In view of the above factors,this paper proposes to build a mobile equipment management system for mobile equipment vehicles.This system equips electronic tags for all the tools that need to be managed in the tool car.The electronic tags are regarded as the unique identification of the tools.When the labeled tools are out of the library/in the library,the electronic reader on the tool library door will automatically identify the electronic tags to judge whether the tools are out of the library or in the library.Users can use P DA equipment manages and inquires the state of tools.This paper investigates the current management mode of tools,the operation process of the acquisition and return of tools,combines the research status of tools management at home and abroad and the development trend of the Internet of Things in recent years,and draws the content and related technology of the system to be studied.Based on the system requirements,in the system needs analysis.The modules are designed in detail to realize the network architecture,deployment architecture,database design,business design and realize the basic functions of the software and hardware parts of the system.System implementation and testing,according to the design task book,realize the functions and database development of the system,and system testing is formulated after the completion of development.Use case and test plan and finally complete the test.Big data service is mainly oriented to the needs of management and decision supportof tools and equipment.The core carrier of data service in tool management system is built through multi-dimensional analysis technology and visualization analysis technology.After putting this system into application,it can realize the reasonable storage of mobile tools.It can use the system software to achieve the rapid and intelligent management of mobile tools,and timely access to the inventory and use status of tools,and can automatically generate tool files.This system improves the automation production level of electric power company and the use efficiency of tools.
