Design And Implementation Of Special Equipment Supervision System Based On RFID

At present,the special equipment(including boilers and pressure vessels(gas cylinders),pressure piping,elevator)plays an important role in the development of the national economy.Our country has paid a lot of attention to the development of the special equipment.with the continuous development of our national economy,the quantity of the special equipment is increasing year by year,the special equipment has connected closely with our life,so the supervision of the special equipment has become more and more important.However,there exists lots of serious problems in the inspection of the special equipment,such as,low efficiency,rising information error rate,and the low public participation rate,etc.With the present supervision mode which requires filling in the report on site manually,it’s difficult to solve the problems mentioned above.Therefore,it is urgent for the special equipment to look for a more effective supervision mode.In this paper,with the detailed analysis of the special equipment supervision situation and fully understanding of the needs,using the Android tablet PC,adopting RFID technology and theory and the corresponding function development mode,setting up a completely new special equipment supervision system.In this paper,firstly,we carried out a detailed introduction to the background of the special equipment of system development,analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of domestic and foreign special equipment supervision,the RFID technology will be applied to the system;secondly,for the supervision of special equipment is still in the difficult field office features and management of paper on the re planning design,supervision of special equipment,process again,introduces the concept of RFID,recognition process,classification and application,and a detailed overview of the design and implementation of RFID technology in this system.Then,by introducing the design of three layer development framework of the system,build the system each function module and database structure and so on,and build up a special equipment supervision system with on-site office equipment in the Android tablet computer;and finally summarized and prospect.The use of modern information technology and intelligent equipment general and special equipment for resources,establish a clear division of responsibilities clear and effective oversight of the modern management system,realize the automation ofequipment inspection,management and information collection,can reduce the labor intensity of testing personnel,and improve the management level of equipment.Reduce security risks,has important practical significance.
