Design And Achievement Of Educational Administration Management System In Adult Education

Adult education as an integral part of the education system has always been a hot topic in the community. In China, the traditional common higher education, vocational education, adult education and distance education are relatively independent, which leading to various resources can’t be shared.This paper studies the teaching management system of adult education in order to open the blocking door of information and resources among colleges and universities through the establishment of a platform which is an open teaching management system.The innovation of teaching management system is designed and implemented in the following paper:1.With the rapid development of university town construction in recent years, the advantages of resource sharing among colleges and universities in these aspects of curriculum construction, teaching staff and teaching equipment gradually revealed, and formed with their respective characteristics and mutual promotion of the Harmonious University culture. The way of integration among universities and colleges is worth learning to adult education existing regional restriction. Although each school of adult education is not in an area, it can create an open learning system, with existing full integration of the various educational platforms through effective and flexible model to achieve resource sharing and systems integration among colleges and universities.2.This article mainly from the perspective of application puts forward the design of a SaaS platform that will integrate new elements, new ideas and new approaches to the teaching management system of adult education. The whole platform based on the analysis of the positive influence on Chinese universities from the development of university town, and the difference between traditional adult education and modern distance education in all aspects of the teaching management, teaching mode, teaching methods, teaching means etc. Analysis of the positive influence on the adult higher education from the core technology of SaaS software application mode and SaaS service platform is also mentioned.3.The SaaS service platform based on Multi-Tenant (multi tenant, that many schools shared the platform) application architecture SaaS service platform is proposed as a means to establish a flexible, configurable, scalable, teaching management system of adult education,which creates the services module among colleges and universities under the SaaS platform of elected course, mutual recognition of credits,cloud class, teaching resources sharing, and routine teaching management so as to reduce the basic cost, fully share and integrate the teaching resources among colleges and universities, and technically promote the integration of adult education and distance education system.The system in this paper achieved through short-term practice. The SaaS service platform always to keep the optimal state and running smoothly. The System functions of elected course, mutual recognition of credits, cloud class and teaching resources sharing can be run properly and fully to achieve the desired effect.
