Design And Implementation Of Tianjin Port Office Automation System Based On Java Web

Since 2009,Tianjin Port Group has begun to build and use the office system.So far,the demand for business and work of the current office automation system of Tianjin Port Group has developed very rapidly.It is precisely because of the rapid expansion and development of shipping business,some hidden obstacles in operation have been accumulated.At the same time,the office automation system has been upgrading,these obstacles begin to be exposed slowly,such as the inadequate function of public document flow efficiency monitoring,the imperfect function of mobile office,the lack of effective statistical analysis means of office process,etc.If not solved in time,it will bring some difficulties and trouble to the future online office work.In addition,since the existing OA system version was developed about ten years ago,the system is too old,and there are many difficulties in compatibility with the current popular operating system and various office software.This paper introduces a set of implementation scheme of Tianjin port office automation system based on B / S architecture and using front-end(Free Marker,bootstrap,j Query,kindeditor)+ back-end(springboot,JPA,mybatis)+ database(My SQL)technology.The use of kindeditor rich text editor not only meets the diversified needs of users for text,but also takes into account its small size,fast loading speed,and supports most browsers.The client browser and the server use HTTP protocol for data interaction;Mysql8.0 database of Oracle company is used in the database background.In order to achieve the goal of making the retrieval and storage speed of the background database faster,BTREE type indexes are established in the database,including individual indexes and joint indexes.Considering the privacy of schedule,plan and other data,these data are isolated,that is,irrelevant users will not see the published schedule and plan;For public data such as announcements and notifications,all users can view all announcements or notifications.For some pages that are frequently used and need to be written in actual use,the one click printing function is set to print the whole page to facilitate the paper-based data of the platform.Tianjin port office automation system includes 16 functional modules such as system home page,system management and user management,which basically covers the mainstream functions of the office system.Firstly,this paper introduces the social and technical background of the system;Secondly,it analyzes the development feasibility and requirements of the system,and introduces the overall design idea of the system and the functions of administrator and user;Finally,it introduces the completion of the detailed scheme of Tianjin port office automation system,and carries out the inspection and test of various modules.After the system is deployed,installed and debugged in LAN server or public network server,it can run stably through the network to achieve the purpose of end-to-end information transmission and background data processing and storage.The innovative significance of Tianjin port office automation system is that it can help the whole group company provide unified collaborative management,improve the real-time and effectiveness of the company's daily office,break the traditional mode of office system construction and management,and make the company's management mode more automatic.
