Via processes or specific aspects it has got a close link to daily office work in order to improve the efficiency of approving and issuing documents and achieve the standardization of office management and information, So office automation is a collective term for practical systems greatly reducing the running costs of enterprises and institutions in the way mentioned above.On the basis of the basic principles of office automation this paper studies the major methods of the office automation and development thinking of collaborative office information systems abroad, Based on the requirements of Baotou Vocational Technical College to modernized management and office automation, this paper combines Chinese current characteristics of reforms and directions of development among vocational technical colleges with methodology of information systems and networks designing theories, According to software engineering ideas, this paper designs a coordinative office information system based on B / S structure and realizes it with information technology.The system employs the B / S structure mode and applies JSP + JavaBean + Servlet framework for development based on JAVA , As the database system, MYSQL database system includes six main modules, covering basic office management units:1. Administration, It is the main function of information systems for managing the daily affairs.2. Personal assistant, It helps handle and manage personal affairs.3. Public information, Users can understand and apply through this module the school of public resources.4. Right management, The system provides different privileges to different users.5. Organization management, The system provides the function of adjustment to the departments of the college.6. System management, It provides basic system configuration. Through constant communication with the users and the code debugging, the final work of this paper is to establish an unified, advanced, open, and safe collaborative office information system software, and form a summary report of development and design.After the users'trials of the system, the system has been approved, Thus it has greatly promoted the office automation process of Baotou Vocational Technical College. |
