Design Of Intelligent Module System Based On Android

With the development of science and technology,intelligence has become more inportant.The developing of computer,communications technology and network technology makes the smart home attract more attention.The subject comes from smart home,transplanting its advantages and features onto the test platform.The purpose is to design a practical and efficient control equipment witnin cabin to avoid the drawbacks of time-consuming,multi-employer,which can control and monitor equipment status accurately and conveniently.The test platform for smart shelter system was derived from the intelligent control technology.A certain type square-cabin is as design platform,designing ZigBee network device,the control gateway and Android terminal.Based on existing test equipment,selection ZigBee module design network,with temperature and humidity sensors,smoke sensors,infrared body sensors,relays,and stepper motor to simulate the hardware side of the cabin,in order to replace the original temperature hygrometer,light switch,general motors and some manual operations.And develop Z-Stack application,define data formats for data transmission and serial data processing,complete data communication with gateway.The design is based on Control Gateway of Android system,an integrated Cortex A9 core ARM function module in hardware and open Android systems in software to transplant Android system.To communication with APP and define the data exchange identification method,the UDP protocol design server is used.That can describe gateway protocol conversion in detail.For mobile phones APP,using JAVA language to develop mobile client,including the main interface,register the login screen,device control interface,condition monitoring interfaces and databases development to achieve data transmission.It not only has good interface but improves ease of operation.The results of the subject show that the design of intelligent control system in square-cabin cannot simulation test equipment,facilitate the commander size platform test status easily and accurately,but for the same type of test technology platform it could have a certain significance.
