The Desigh And Development Of Sales Management System

This paper developed a sales management system for a sodium bicarbonate production enterprise. Sales management of traditional sodium bicarbonate production enterprise is characterized by high yield, wide range of sales and customer information. Many problems exist in the traditional sales management of sodium bicarbonate, for example in the manual processing of inventory information,occasionally occur calculated changes in inventory and actual inventory number does not match the situation; manually fill in the bill will spend a lot of manpower and time.Obviously, with the increasing competition and the rapid development of enterprise information, the traditional management mode is no longer suitable for modern enterprise management. Therefore, this paper designed and developed a set of sales management system, in order to improve the management level of the enterprise,while reducing the management costs, and ultimately to achieve the maximization of the interests of enterprises.After deep research of basic knowledge and relative technology of software engineering achieved, this paper decided to use the technology: method of UML model building, Python language, MVC development framework, B / S architecture and MySQL database.In software development process, first of all to the enterprise were investigation and analysis, combined with the current popular ERP and CRM, detailed analysis of the sales management system requirements is completed. And based on sales business process, the system is divided into eight modules: sales, CRM, inventory, production,procurement, project, accounting, human resources. Then the function of each module is designed based on the UML use case diagram and requirement analysis. Finally based on UML state chart diagram of each module between the different functions of logic, by modeling the logic between the functions, this paper realized sales management system development.
