Design And Implementation Of Primary And Secondary School Teacher Training System

Through the “Thirteenth Five-Year” education informatization plan to the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan,the country has paid more and more attention to the development of education informatization in recent years.Therefore,teachers are in line with the development of informatization,and e-learning is a new type of development trend.The network training platform came into being.Network training enables primary and secondary school teachers to use the advanced technology of the network for convenient,unified and professional learning,which enhances the interest of teachers and the efficiency of training,and enhances the professional skills of teachers.However,many teachers in Liaoning Province still carry out training in the form of centralized training.The lack of understanding of the concept and function of network training is still in the initial stage of network training.Therefore,based on the current situation of the training of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province,this paper designs,develops and implements the network training system for primary and secondary school teachers.This paper aims at the needs of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province for network training.Through in-depth analysis of teachers' professional development and functional requirements,this paper designs and implements a professional and stable teacher network training system.The system adds a personal space for teachers.The functions include personal center,message center,personal homepage,articles,resources,photo albums,address books,and so on.The personal center contains basic personal information and related business information.The personal homepage can display published news,resources,articles,photo albums,etc.,and can view and reply to other users' messages and comments.It also supports user-defined folder classification management of private resources,providing filtering by resource name,resource format,resource renaming,custom classification,management classification,teacher users can report resources,share to class,or link Share;users can browse their own and their friends' albums,and manage their own albums,including adding or deleting albums,and modifying browsing rights.The system is based on B/S architecture,the development environment is Eclipse,Spring is the technical framework,SQL Server2008 is the background database,the Java development language is used to realize the system design,and the personalized recommendation algorithm based on the fusion association similarity is used to achieve accurate recommendation of the teacher resources.Finally,a functional test of thesystem is performed to verify that the system meets the teacher's requirements for use.The innovation of the network training system designed in this paper is: the system sets up a personal space for teachers,adds a famous teacher studio,the famous teacher can initiate the course,the teacher enters the work room and can communicate with the famous teacher to discuss the course;the personalized recommendation algorithm is introduced in the resource module.The improved algorithm for adding association similarity is used to recommend learning resources for teachers and improve resource utilization.
