Study On The Construction Of Foreign Scientific And Technical Report Spetial Database Based On FRBR

In the digital era,the construction of information resources is one of hot issues.The construction level of special collection resources is an important index to measure the resource status of a library and to provide readers with special service capabilities.It is also the basis for libraries to avoid homogenization and enhance their core competitiveness in the digital era.Science and technology report,as one of the ten literature types worldwide,records the virtual scientific and technological research activity.It has high intelligence value,and the development and utilizationof which is very important to promote the development of national science and technology enterprise.However,there are still many problems in the construction and utilization of foreign scientific and technological report resources,such as lack of information organization,difficult access to the full text and low utilization rate.FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records)proposes a new concept for exploring the structure and relationship of bibliographic records.This paper explores the application of FRBR concept to information organization of report resourcesand practice of characteristic science and technology report database construction,which has a certain significance to improve information organization and characteristic database constructionof science and technology report in the digital environment.Firstly,the paper compares and analyzes the construction cases of the typical scientific and technological report database and summarizes the existing problems and difficulties in the construction of the present scientific and technological report resources.Secondly,drawing on the characteristics of the literature type based on FRBR concept and scientific report,a metadata schemeis put forward in deep organization of scientific and technological report resources of different carriers,at the content level of metadata.Finally,in order to meet users needs as the core point,the paper uses TPI information resources construction and management platform to carry out the construction practice of special database of helicopter special technical report,improves the quality of scientific and technological report collection of libries,provides full text clues to reveal,carries out the construction of helicopter special model navigation,and provides users with special academic services.So that the various carriers,collections and access channels of the helicopter foreign language science and technology report of our university are organized and systematically revealed,specialized academic navigation,one-stop search and full text service are provided for scientific and research users,and a feasible thinking way of the construction of library collection resources is proposed.
