| The transformation of scientific and technological achievements can promote the integration of technology and economy,and promote the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in China.Research institutes are important institutions of technological innovation and an important part of the supply side of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,China has issued a series of policies to stimulate innovation vitality and has been paying more and more attention to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.However,there are still many obstacles to this process in research institutes in China,and the efficiency of this process needs to be improved urgently.Among them,asymmetry of information,unsmooth information channels,and lack of comprehensive ability of the service talent team are important reasons that restrict this process.As professional information service organizations,special libraries have long provided information services for researchers.At present,it becomes an important direction for special libraries to provide professional information services required in this process.The purpose of this study is to further assist the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes by exploring and constructing a service model of special libraries.This paper first clarifies the research background and significance,then combs through related research at home and abroad and some important concepts,defines the main stage of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes,and points out that the special library’s information services can theoretically service the whole process.Secondly,a variety of methods are used to fully investigate the demand side and supply side of the information service,including the interview and questionnaire analysis to excavate researchers’ needs in this process,and website research to analyze the current information service situation in domestic and foreign libraries,especially in domestic special libraries.These contents verify the necessity and feasibility of special libraries to provide information services for this process and provide ideas for the construction of the information service model.Finally,based on some specific principles and objectives,the overall structure and specific content of the service model are designed.Then,the promotion strategies for the special library to carry out these information services are put forward.This paper closely follows the social and economic development,conducts research based on the two hot spots of “research institutes” transformation of scientific and technological achievements and “special libraries’ services”,and closely combines these two themes,which enriches related research fields.From a variety of perspectives,this study excavates and analyzes some innovative services,and provides future development direction for special libraries.Through constructing the service model,it can advance the service level of special libraries and the continuous upgrading of its services while promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes.The text of this paper is about 59,000 words,including 16 figures,13 tables and 2 appendices. |
