| In this study,the existing classification methods of fresh fruits and vegetables were compared and summarized,and a set of scientific and rigorous questionnaire was made according to the standard of questionnaire design.Taking apple as the research object,with the aid of sensor and computer technology,aiming at real-time online picking of products on the sorter,this paper designs the picking items and methods for apple,determines the weight of each factor and sets standards through the analysis of consumer data.Consumer data was collected in the form of questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of the data were tested.Entropy method was used to analyze the data to determine the information utility value of different factors and the weight in the classification method.In this study,the edge detection algorithm and image background segmentation algorithm in computer vision are mainly used.The apple image captured by CCD camera is processed,and the target factors are obtained by feature extraction in the processed image.According to the national standard,this study standardized the factors,combined with the consumer questionnaire and the actual classification situation,and gave further detailed standards.Finally,the mathematical model and decision tree are designed according to the weight of each factor and the standard value of each factor.In the final model optimization,SVM classification model and decision tree classification model are integrated to reduce the difference of classification decision between different models and complete the design of classification method for fresh fruits and vegetables.In this paper,we use the camera to collect apple image photos,and send the collected pictures back to the terminal.We use image processing positioning,image recognition classification and other technologies to correctly identify the location of apple,and carry out the correct classification and classification according to the established standards.Finally,we send the classification results to the manipulator,and send out instructions to let the manipulator complete the sorting action.This study provides process,operation scheme and examples for cold chain picking,optimizes the cold chain picking process,saves the time of cold chain logistics,eliminates the secondary picking of products after transportation,so as to reduce the cost and product loss. |
