With the economic development in our country and the improvement of people's living standard,the logistics industry of electricity and commerce has been rapidly developed.Along with this,people's requirements for the service quality and efficiency of the electricity and electricity logistics industry gets higher and higher.However,most logistics distribution centers in our country use the traditional manpower sorting operation mode,which has the disadvantages of heavy workload,low picking efficiency and high error rate.In order to solve the above shortcomings better and enhance the consumers' satisfaction with the logistics and express delivery industry,to develop a logistics center for the automatic parts sorting robot to achieve the shipment sorting automation,intelligence,and to enhance the express sorting ability.Starting from the application scene of automatic sorting robot in the logistics center,the overall structure of the sorting robot and the requirements of each function are put forward.First of all,through the understanding of relevant technologies at home and abroad,the key technologies of the sorting robot and the overall technical route are studied,including the robot's mechanical structure design,structure and layout,navigation and positioning system and control system.Secondly,the battery and servo motor are selected through correlation calculation,the steering structure and the driving structure of the sorting robot are designed,and the kinematics analysis of the sorting robot is made according to the design of the driving structure to verify that the sorting robot can realize the control of the driving wheel speed feasibility of driving straight or turning.Finally,the design and research of the sorter robot navigation and positioning system and control system are carried out.The navigation and positioning system adopts the multi-sensor fusion positioning system which mainly consists of inertial navigation technology and visual navigation,which is used for navigation and positioning of the sorting robot.The control system uses fuzzy control of the sorting robot movement during the correction control.Through the design of the overall mechanical structure of express mail sorter,kinematics analysis of the feasibility of differential steering is carried out.Focus on the sorting robot navigation and positioning system and control system design,making automatic shipment sorting robot to meet the stability and intelligent performance requirements,to improve the e-commerce logistics center sorting efficiency,to improve the logistics and express delivery industry service efficiency.
