The Research Of Identity Authentication Of Printing Management System Based On Fingerprint Identification Technology

The multi-function machine MFP,which integrates the functions of copying,printing,scanning and facsimile,is one of the most widely used office equipment.The trend of paperless office and the need of data management,cost sharing and so on also make the application of printing management system more and more extensive,in which IC card is widely used as the certificate of user identity authentication.Because of the advantages of uniqueness,stability,practicability,security and so on,the identity authentication method based on fingerprint identification technology is also widely used in some equipment such as electronic locks and mobile phones,as well as access control,attendance,payment and other occasions.The main task of this paper is to realize the identity authentication of users in Toshiba Printing Management system based on fingerprint identification.Firstly,this paper studies the Toshiba ID Gate print management system,which is widely used in the market at present,and focuses on the realization of IC card authentication.Then deeply understand the theoretical basis of fingerprint identification.Compare the three common fingerprint image input methods.From the image segmentation,enhancement,binarization,thinning several steps to achieve image pre-processing.The fingerprint feature is extracted by using the extraction template of 3*3,and the result of fingerprint identification is obtained by two times matching.And three important performance indexes of fingerprint identification system are given.On the basis of the above,the fingerprint identification system is constructed by selecting the appropriate fingerprint module FPM10 A,and cooperating with the single chip microcomputer AT89S52,LCD1602 LCD module,USB interface and so on.Finally,the fingerprint identification system designed is applied to Toshiba ID Gate print output management system,and the two methods of MFP local verification and windows domain verification are tested respectively.The fingerprint identification system is tested to be correct and all functions can be used normally.This design uses the fingerprint identification method to replace the original card reading mode in the print management system,and replaces the card medium with the fingerprint with the body,so as to obtain better convenience.There is a good applicability in the user group which does not use IC card to manage the staff but implements printing management system.
