At present, the electric power information system of our country still stays in the user name and password authentication method. Due to the frequent occurrence of passwords forgotten,leaked and broken in a single password login system,the safety factor is too low.Therefore, we need a more secure and reliable authentication method for user information management. Because of its uniqueness and stability,biometric fingerprint has broad prospects in the field of identity authentication. Power system should also use this feature of fingerprint to achieve dual signature authentication,and bring multiple protection to the user authentication through the information encryption technology. In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of electric power information system and the requirement of security, a user authentication system based on fingerprint identification technology is proposed and designed.Based on the above analysis, this paper carries on the design of power information management identity authentication system based on fingerprint identification technology.Firstly, the fingerprint image is collected by TMS-S72 fingerprint acquisition module, and the fingerprint image preprocessing and feature extraction are carried out to complete fingerprint matching test based on the fingerprint identification technology. Then through the analysis and test of the information encryption technology, the MD5 encryption technology is used to encrypt the user's password and the DES encryption technology is used to encrypt the user's fingerprint characteristic value. Finally, the client and database design, the client interface is completed by using C# language on the Visual Studio2010 platform, and the user's personal information and power information data are designed through using the Mysql database. Through the connection between the server database and the client, the user registration, login and information query function in the C/S mode can be realized.Finally,the overall system testing,the user registered in the client,the user name,password and fingerprint information are uploaded to the database after being encrypted.The visitor enters the identity information when landing the system, through the comparison with the information in the database to carry on the authentication. The visitor can query the information under the corresponding authority when the authentication is successful. After testing, the system basically realizes the user information registration,login and information query and other functions, has certain research significance and application value.
