After the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and has become the second largest economy after the United States.Against the background of world economic recovery,more and more Chinese enterprises are going abroad to participate in overseas market competition.In recent years,the world's science and technology is progressing,especially the Internet industry is changing with each passing day,the network communication equipment industry has also been rapid development.As a member of China's network communication equipment manufacturing industry,TDA company has repeatedly achieved good results in the domestic market,and its market share ranks in the forefront.On this basis,TDA actively enters the overseas market and pursues international development.However,the overseas market share of TDA companies is small at present.In order to enable TDA companies to better expand overseas markets,it is necessary to study the overseas marketing of TDA companies.Based on the classic international marketing theory,this paper starts from the current overseas marketing strategy of TDA company to find the problems existing in its overseas marketing,which are mainly manifested as fuzzy market positioning,low brand awareness,price setting chaos,fewer marketing channels,insufficient promotion and so on.In order to provide TDA companies with better overseas marketing strategy selection,this paper first makes a detailed analysis from the two levels of internal environment and external environment,which can provide a clear direction for the improvement of TDA companies' overseas marketing strategy.Secondly,the STP target market positioning theory is used to segment the overseas market of TDA company,determine the target market and make market positioning.It is believed that TDA company should make more efforts to explore the developing markets and develop smart home business units.Finally,based on the 4P marketing theory,specific strategic Suggestions on product,price,promotion and channel are put forward for TDA company.
