With the development of mobile Internet,short video has become one of the hotspots of mobile internet.In 2018,short video platforms such as Kuaishou,Tik Tok,Volcano videos and Micro-visions developed rapidly,which greatly satisfied people's spiritual and cultural needs.Whether it is to attract users to their own platforms through red envelope subsidies,or to develop new and interesting gameplay and props to achieve user retention.The short video platforms of 2018 saw dividends and business opportunities in the short video boom.According to the 43 rd "Statistical Report on the Development of China's Internet Network" released by China Internet Network Information Center on February 28,2019,in December 2018,the number of Internet users in China reached 829 million,and the penetration rate reached 59.6%.The number of netizens reached 871 million,and the proportion of netizens accessing the Internet through mobile phones was as high as 98.6%.In this year,the short video users reached 648 million,and the user utilization rate was 78.2%.The short video market is further matured,the industrial structure is basically fixed,the professionalism and verticality of short video production are deepening,and high-quality content has become the core competitiveness of each platform.The rise of short video platforms has greatly satisfied the need for people to entertain,socialize and access information on the mobile Internet.By watching and releasing videos on a short video platform,people relax their mind and body,obtain relevant information,and even conduct social interactions or purchases of goods,which greatly stimulate and satisfy people's material and spiritual needs.However,the activities of hundreds of millions of short video users collectively on the short video platform have aroused the concern of the academic community and the industry.In particular,short video platforms with Tik Tok and fast hands have emerged as videos of vulgar,illegal and other undesirable content.Concerned about the negative impact of short video platforms on users.The short video user group is concentrated in the population between the ages of 40 and 40,while some underage users are still lacking in the identification and analysis of bad content.Bad short videos can easily negatively affect these young users.The impact,therefore,in the process of production and operation of short video content,must take into account the positive and negative effects that short video content may have.In this paper,the short video platform Tik Tok is taken as an example.The first part will make a brief statement about the research background of the Tik Tok and short video propagation,and the purpose and significance of the paper.Then comb the existing short video and Tik Tok literature,and combine the relevant A brief overview of theoretical knowledge.The second part of the article will focus on the analysis of the types of short video content,and through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,a brief overview of the propagation effect of the short video.The third part will use the relevant theory of satisfaction and the content of the Tik Tok short video to analyze the positive effects of the short video content of the Tik Tok.For example,in the “Wu Biao Poverty Alleviation” project of Tik Tok,the “DOU in the Mountain is a good scenery” is a specific case to see the positive impact of the short video content.The fourth part focuses on the bad and inferior content of the short video on the video to analyze the reasons for the content and the negative impact.At the same time,he also borrowed Bakhtin's carnival theory and Juidebo's landscape theory to provide theoretical support for the negative effects of short video content.The fifth part of this paper,from the perspective of platform security and industry development,promotes the main theme and introduces core values on the basis of the existing advantages of the Tik Tok to make further guidance.That is to say,the Tik Tok should be in the future development,on the one hand,strictly control the video content,on the other hand,encourage and help the output of high-quality content.And the Tik Tok should insist on the mediation and socialized product positioning,and constantly help to improve the user's media use quality.
