With the constant development of science and technology, automatic control technologyis widely used in the machinery, mining industry, printing and others manufacturing industry.Caster manufacturing industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, the demand for labor isvery huge. In recent years, with the rising labor costs in the Pearl River Delta Region, as wellas the enormous pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading, automationtransformation on the bracket of casters punch production line to reduce the labor costs is thetrend. At the same time, how to improve production efficiency and the competitiveness of theproducts on the market, reduce production costs has also become the core of enterprisedevelopment. The key of the automation transformation on the bracket of casters productionline is how to achieve the automatic feeding of the work piece and how to handle the workpiece automatic between punching machine.The purpose of this article is the automation transformation of the original equipment forthe above situation, and to design the bracket of casters’automated production system in orderto achieve the work piece automatic feeding, automatic handling, automatic punching andfinal automatic blanking、reduce labor costs while maintaining the production efficiency andeffectively protect the safe operation of the production line.At first, according to the step of the stamping molding of the bracket of casters,thisarticle put forward the design program of the whole bracket of casters automation productionlines and carry a mechanism design on the key devices,such as mechanical hands andautomation feeding machines, of the bracket of casters automation production system, andgive a computing checking on a series of key components, including ball screw, servo motor.The control system of the production line is also carried out in this article. The PLCprogram is written based on the servo motor positioning control program.The production linesafety monitoring system and its procedures to protect the entire automated production systemefficient and safe operation is carried out at the same time. To achieve rapid, convenientautomated job requirements, Mitsubishi HMI is also used to realize the real-time monitoringof the production line parameters.Finally, the entire system integrated online debugging has been done in thisarticle.According to the result of the debugging, a reasonable production speed and otherparameters is carried out.
