With the fast development of computer science,human being's society has come to an information-technique era from industrial era.At the same time,many new techniques come into being,which make a great difference on the development of experiments' teach of mode and pattern.Virtual simulation system is based on virtual reality technique to simulate a real system in computer.The detection of oxygen content is widely used in many researches and science practice.For example,in clinic diagnosis,the partial pressure of oxygen in the blood(the pressure generated by the dissolution of oxygen molecules in the blood)is a main physiology norm to estimate the patients' condition.High precise,anti-electromagnetic interference,anti-noise,better selection make it important for fiber sensors in the detection of oxygen concentration.It will make a great sense to apply virtual reality technique to the teaching of experiments measuring the concentration of oxygen with florescent fiber sensors.The virtual simulating experiment,measuring the concentration of oxygen with florescent fiber sensors,does not require instruments and equipment like real experiments,can realistically present the operation process of actual experiment,can easily display the internal structure and components of the equipment and can completely assemble the equipment based on these components.The virtual simulation experiment not only can largely reduce the costs,but hugely increase the efficiency of teach and study.Furthermore,it never produce any polluted gas let alone potential danger in biomedical experiments as real world.As the continuous development of science and techniques,it will be the main mode,mixing virtue and reality or even totally virtual,in teach and experiment.The main contents as follow:(1)Elaborating the theory about the detection of oxygen with florescent fiber sensors,building models with 3dsMax and developing the virtual simulating system in Unity3 D engine.At first,this part will show the test principle of oxygen measuring experiment with fiber sensors based on quenched fluorescence and Stern-Volmer equation(correspondence between quencher concentration,fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime),the main instruments used in real experiments as well as its' primary functions and necessary operations.Secondly,it's about the basic operations of 3dMax having some ways to build models and map textures.Finally,the usual components,important API and other useful tools in the engine of Unity3 D will be introduced in detail.(2)Building models of three dimensions.According to the necessary equipment used in florescent fiber sensors experiment detecting the concentration of oxygen,to analyze the different ways required to build models and map textures,then accomplish all the produce of equipment in 3dsMax.Direct-current power,light-electric transformer and connecting wires,are the three of most typical equipment made with different ways of building and mapping,selected to show the detailed process of models' being made.(3)To accomplish the experiment system of virtual simulation,measuring the oxygen with florescent fiber sensor,in the engine of Unity3 D.Importing constructed 3D models to Unity3 D developing platform from 3dsMax exported with the file format of obj.Then establishing the scene of the experiment with basic operations towards models.There are some animations such as checking the models,detaching and combining models of three dimensions,wires connecting and settings of experiment,based on the interaction among plug-in components,API and mouse,programming with C-sharp language.
