This paper study on modeling of medium mpeed marine diesel engine and its visualized simulationThe middle speed four stroke diesel engine has the advantages of small capacity,light in weight,capable to combustion poor fuel oil. In recent years, they have been used more comprehensive than before. Build its mathematic model for forecasting and analyzing its dynamic and steady nature has sense in the field of marine engineering.This paper use the volumetric associate with empirical equation and data amending method, build the model of the MAK9M25 middle speed four stroke diesel engine, simulation experiment proves the method is effective, and the model can response the dynamic and steady nature of the system, the error of the simulation is less than 8%.Using the modular programming means, build the model of the controllable pitch propeller,hydraulic servo system and the control system of the controllable pitch propeller, complete the software design of the simulation system using the visual C++.The three-dimensional model of the four stroke diesel engine and controllable pitch propeller system , and the virtual assembly model of them were designed by SolidWorks. And with the plug-in board of the animator, implement the working process of the diesel engine propelling unit dynamic display.Using the VC++, complete the four stroke diesel engine propelling unit's visual simulation software system, and give the simulation result of the MAK9M25 diesel engine in the dynamic and steady work condition.The simulation software system in this paper enrich the content of the engine simulation, it can be used to forecast,analysis the dynamic and steady character in different work condition, and the training and simulation of the engine imitator.
