What about the media contact behavior of Tibetan women in Xinduqiao,Kangding City,Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture? It is a Tibetan small town which has slow development of modernization. In the new era when almost everyone in China has a smart phone, have they become one of the "cellphone lovers" and "phubbers" ? Based on the modernization theory of American sociologist Alex Inkeles: there is a correlation between the media and the change of personal concept. The media is an important factor influencing the change of personal concept. The author puts forward the research question and hypothesis in this paper, that is,with the media environment change brought by the popularization of electronic media, especially televisions and smart phones are common in Tibetan areas,is there also a correlation between the media contact behavior of Tibetan rural women in Xinduqiao town and the change of their concepts? It is assumed that there is a correlation between the media contact behavior of local Tibetan rural women and their personal concepts.Based on such question and hypothesis, the author visited Xinduqiao town twice from 2017 to 2018,trying to investigate the electronic media contact behaviors of local Tibetan rural women and the change of their ideas through questionnaires and field interviews. The research results confirmed the author's hypothesis. With the new changes in the local media environment, local Tibetan women's personal concepts have changed due to their media contact behaviors. Therefore, the author tried her best to observe and record the change of local Tibetan women's concepts under the media contact from four macro dimensions of social production, social consumption, children socialization and gender.
