Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Office System Based On J2EE

Through the requirements analysis and development technology of collaborative office system,b / s architecture,combined with Java language,the use of Oracle data to achieve the system.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)this paper first introduces the background and significance of the system construction,and fully expounds the necessity of the construction of a cooperative office system of a unit organization;This paper analyzes the main research status of collaborative office system at home and abroad,discusses the main technical situation to be adopted in system construction,and lay the knowledge reserve for the final realization of the system.(2)in the demand analysis part,the paper discusses the non-functional requirements and functional requirements of the system.Combining with the actual needs of cooperative office system of a unit organization,detailed use case analysis is carried out on address book management,text messaging,document retrieval,mailbox management and transmission and electronic process approval(initiation and approval of process).(3)in the design section,this paper describes the design of the system from the aspects of system architecture,UML sequence diagram and database design,and then realizes and builds the system.(4)in order to verify the stability of the system,the related technology,test methods and test tools of system test are studied,and the system is tested in detail;After the actual operation of the system,using the actual data to describe and evaluate the final implementation performance of a unit agency collaborative office system.The construction of unit organization collaborative office system has omitted many intermediate links arising from communication,and thus greatly improved the efficiency of the business,saved a lot of manpower and material resources,enhanced the competition ability of the unit organization,and has strong practical significance.
