With the continuous development of technology and economy,the demand for intelligence in industrial field has become increasingly prominent.With the introduction of Industry 4.0 and the development of the Internet of Things(IoT),data transmission and control system in industrial field present the trend of wireless,remote,visualization and intellectualization,which makes remote transmission of data and remote monitoring in industrial field have become a research focus.In order to achieve remote wireless data transmission,video surveillance,remote control and remote inspection in industrial field,this paper designs a remote data transmission control system based on mobile gateway for remote monitoring in industrial field.The whole system consists of three parts: mobile wireless gateway,web cloud server and remote monitoring client side.The mobile gateway adopts a dual-processor: Exynos 4 Quad,which is based on ARM Cortex-A9 and STM32F103,the two processors cooperate to implement video data collection for mobile gateways,LoRa network access,WiFi access,data local TF card storage,TCP/UDP/WebSocket/HTTP data transfer and other functions.The mobile gateway is equipped with the Android operating system,which provides a good human-computer interaction interface for the mobile gateway by compiling and cutting the Linux kernel,implementing the serial port driver,compiling the Android system and designing the Android gateway control application.Besides,it enables the mobile gateway to achieve the function of data receiving,processing,storage and data transponding.The S4932F103 is used to drive A4950 so as to control the DC motor,which makes the gateway mobile.Cloud server ECS adopts Alibaba Cloud.Its core Java Web adopts the combination of B/S mode and C/S mode.It integrates Spring,Spring MVC and MyBatis to design remote monitoring and video data service programs.It deploys on the Tomcat container of cloud server as well.In addition,this article selects MySQL as the data storage center of the server for persistent storage of industrial data.The remote monitoring client side mainly includes Android mobile application and browser monitoring terminal.The function of video monitoring,the patrol control of the mobile gateway and the real-time monitoring of the industrial field data curve can be achieved through Android application.The webpage is designed for browser monitoring.In summary,through the cooperative operation of the mobile gateway,the web server and the remote monitoring terminal,the functions of remote wireless data transmission,video monitoring and remote inspection of the system are completed.Based on the analysis of the industry background and current situations of related technology,this paper designs mobile gateway,Web cloud server and remote monitoring client side according to demand.It also tests function and performance of the whole system.The test results show that the design meets the need.Further suggestions for improvement of the system are offered in this paper as well.
