Research On Design&Implementation Mobile Wireless Remote Video Monitoring System Based On3G

With the popularity of mobile terminals and intelligent development ofwireless networks, so remote video surveillance based on wireless networksand smart mobile terminal equipment as possible, and gradually become thedevelopment direction of video surveillance systems. This paper introducesthe video monitoring system status and development trend, combined with themonitoring system needs a functional analysis and design based on3G smartphone remote video surveillance system.This paper analyzes the basic theory and key technology of remotemonitoring systems, network design solutions proposed wireless remote videomonitoring system, complete design and software-based3G smart phonemonitoring system modules. Mass system designed for remote video capture,video server and client monitoring, the main features include remote videocapture, video encoding, real-time transmission, FFMPEG video decoding anddisplay client. Using JMF (Java Media Library) framework enables remotevideo image capture, using H.264video compression technology for videoencoding, using streaming media technology and Socket-end transportnetwork communication protocol based on RTP, using FFMPEG videodecoding library that implements video soft decoding3G terminals, usingSurface View to achieve real-time video display.Wireless remote video monitoring system design has been tested, the testresults show that the system can achieve the design features, but there arealso programs running unstable part of the problem displayed outlook missingframes, etc., are described in the paper.
