Environmental issues are very important issues in today’s society, but also the problems of the people are generally concerned. Environmental protection department monitored automatically through environmental monitoring instruments for environmental data to the public, How to avoid that human factor interfere with the data, and how to get the data precise and reliable, is the problem that environmental protection department needs to study.In this paper, our goal is to use Android mobile client to achieve remote anti-control environmental monitoring instruments and instrument status monitoring to improve environmental monitoring data quality. One of our main topic is use Android mobile phone system to automatic monitor equipment condition of polluting enterprises, to real-time query field instruments for monitoring data and, if necessary monitoring instruments can be remote anti-controlled to avoid that the corporate interfere with environmental data artificially. This article discusses the use of Android mobile phone system in the process to achieve the above functions, the main features are:implementation of Android phone client and server data receiving software, and related database design, implementation of data reception and data logger software. On the basis of the requirement analysis, this paper gives a detailed design of the preparation process of the system and the key code. In the mobile client, we have achieved the synchronization between basic information and the server, wastewater enterprise status query monitoring instruments, remote anti-control and real-time data query, gas companies monitoring instruments status query, remote anti-control and real-time data query.We have tested the system discussed in this paper, test results show that with the Android mobile phone system, you can get remote instrument status, the instrument can be remotely anti-controlled, remote instrument can get real-time data, improve the quality of environmental monitoring data to meet the system requirements development goals. And the system is stable, reliable, secure, real-time, to achieve the desired effect.
