The signal-oriented test method is the development direction of the automatic test system.The signal is a key element of the signal-oriented automatic test system.The signal exists in various stages of the automatic test process.Complete and reliable defined signals are critical to signal-oriented automated test systems.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of multi-platform deployment of automatic test system,this paper designs and implements a set of signal modeling tools and supporting waveform simulation tools based on STD standard cross-platform deployment based on IEEE 1641 standard.The tool can be used to precisely define the test signal so that the test signal can be interchanged in all STD-compliant automated test systems.This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of the automatic test system signal modeling tool.The software does not require the user to have the code-like programming ability,allowing the user to create a test signal description document conforming to the STD standard in the form of a flow chart.In order to allow the user to verify that the signal created meets the requirements,the software also comes with a waveform simulation tool for waveform simulation of user-created signals.The main research content of this paper is divided into the following parts:(1)A diagram UI structure of the UI interaction module is proposed.The architecture implements a simple flow chart module,which can be used to complete the flow chart modeling operation,allowing the user to create a map in the window by dragging and dropping.Meta,then use the mouse to set the connection between the primitives.This is the basis for software programming to implement signal modeling tools.(2)On the basis of the graphic modeling module,according to the definition of the BSC signal according to the STD standard,all the BSC signal primitives in the definition of the STD standard are realized for the interface and attribute characteristics of different BSC signals.Using these primitives,you can construct more complex TSF signals in a flowchart.(3)The TSF signal waveform simulation tool is implemented.After loading the TSF signal XML description document,the TSF signal waveform is calculated according to the TSF signal attribute information specified by the user,and finally the waveform is displayed in the waveform simulation window.Different from the use of mature flowchart software for secondary development to achieve graphical modeling,this paper proposes a block-based UI interaction module block architecture based on Qt,and based on this architecture,according to IEEE 1641 definition of test signals.And the signal modeling tool is realized.The tool designed in this paper can easily and quickly model complex test signals.After testing,it can fully meet the signal modeling needs of signal-oriented automatic test systems.
