Nowadays,due to the continuously improvement of computer communication technology,which has also led the field of national defence industry developing rapidly.With the increasing complexity of military equipment's functionality,the corresponding methods have become hard to match nowadays testing requirement.It is waste of time due to complex operations,which made users can not finish testing requirement quickly.The introduction of automatic testing system not only saves the time,as well as reduces the cost,but also lowers the strength of the testerThis paper designs an automatic test system,which is developed to debug and test products.In order to improve the advanced,versatility,standardization and automation of test equipment.More advanced computer system was used to replace large number of traditional testing equipment and general instruments.Test quality will be improved and time decreased.Data processing,archiving and transmission also more easier.The function test,resistance test and delay time test was completed by LabVIEW virtual instrument technology in this study.Moreover,the reliability of the relay contact state inside the product is monitored in the vibration test.The hardware part of the system is based on PXI bus technology.The PXI-2737 matrix switch board,PXI-4072 digital multimeter board and PXI-7811r digital reconfigurable I/O board are the main application boards,with independent signal conversion platform.Connect to the platform to jointly complete the above test requirements,and provide a strong guarantee for the production,commissioning,and testing of the product.The system software part adopts LabVIEW as the software development platform of the system,which makes the test system have a good human-computer interaction interface,independent functional test module and powerful database,providing users with convenient operation.The user test proves that the automatic test platform can complete the functional test of the upper part and put it into use.
