The Design And Application Research Of Cooperative Office System In Hebei Electric Power Company

The State Grid Corporation decided to development plan implementation information Company information construction projects in its company, "Eleventh Five-Year"( "SG186 project") in April 29, 2006, building an integrated enterprise information integration platform..In order to implement this plan, the provincial power companies accelerate its pace of information technology to achieve data center and enterprise portals and collaborative office binding systems, and further improve the organizational structure of the provincial company information. Thus Hebei Electric Power applied to the design of a corporate office in Cooperative systems, the design provide a platform and technical support for the State Grid Corporation of information technology,which is the provincial grid Corporation of the most important information construction.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current status and the main problem of office automation system and faces in the provincial State Grid Corporation. Then a workflow-based enterprise collaborative office systems was designed for these defects. The system mainly consists of office automation systems, teamwork and knowledge management database system. The design of the Office Automation System database used Java platform combined with Domino platform. The design team collaboration system design aspects, the main function of the office system is determined to help deal with personal matters and issues. Finally, during designing the knowledge management database, the system can be conrtolled by means of access control list(ACL) on the knowledge of the document object access.This paper mainly analyzes the current office automation system problems of the provincial State Grid Corporation. Then a design of the workflow-based enterprise collaborative office systems was conducted to addresss these defects. In the part of designing the Office Automation System database, Java platform and Domino platform were used comprehencively. Finally, at the time of framing the knowledge management database, the system can control the knowledge document objects by means of access controlling list(ACL).Based on the analysis the needs of office systems, this paper fully integrated power company Hebei business characteristics, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods of comprehensive evaluation of the system. To ensure the design coordination office platform ultimately meet the State Grid Corporation and subordinate units of office automation, knowledge management, collaboration and task management from planning to execution and then to the three levels of demand in three aspects. At the end of the paper, there is a analysis of the characteristics of the system itself, and system effect a summary and evaluation of survey.
