Usability problems panic buying process is the trigger point in use of emotional changes,as the third party perspective,starting from the analysis of the relationship between emotional experience,emotional changes and the availability of the construction of a usability evaluation model,find out the usability problems,provide suggestions to optimize the system design and technical development personnel.This paper describes the basic concepts of emotional experience,find out the user's emotions trigger point sources and user emotion in panic buying changes during the process of construction,assessment scale of emotional experience by using semantic differential method in Kansei Engineering,using the emotion measurement table to test out the emotion and emotional user initial calculated difference caused by the change of emotion the problem with panic buying from three aspects;then,the user's demand,cognition and interaction analysis method to establish the process of panic buying usability evaluation index,through usability testing and test after the numerical analysis of electronic commerce website panic buying process,the emotional experience and the availability of the linear regression model.Finally,according to the evaluation system of usability front design process by using the method of panic buying,usability testing,evaluate the feasibility of contrast verification of emotional experience and the availability of the linear regression model,and give the evaluation process panic buying advice.
