Research And Analysis On NC Training Management System Of Ningbo Vocational And Technical College

Nowadays, Internal industry companies face a serious situation which forces them to transform their manufacturing mode, CAM (computer aided manufacturing)/CNC (computer numerical control) become more and more mainstream. As a base for training high skill talents, Technic vocational Institutes and colleges should also teach NCM (numerical control manufacturing) and CAM, and that is one of the vocational colleges course reformation contents. For NCM/CAM course effective managed, developing the course management system is very necessary.The paper research a management system for vocational college NCM course, which is base on object-oriented method. It introduce the research background and application current condition, and make out the research target and main work.The management system is consist of 8 interfaces, those are:training plan management, training course setting management, training arrangement management, training material management, training execution management, training appraisal management, training course summary management and system management. All these function mode are built basing on cases designing, which is based on procedures analysis. Paper research all the roles ’responsibilities and their operating process, and design the cases.The interfaces are designed according to the main cases, and the secondary controlling interfaces are accordance with the secondary cases. At last, the database tables are designed, and they could support all the functions.
