Research And Analysis On Training Management System Of Continuing Education College In Zhejiang University

Along with the economic and social development, life-long education thought received widespread acceptance. The rapid development of the college training career management of the school put forward higher requirements, development according to the characteristics of training management management system is the inevitable trend and objective demand.In this paper, according to the author in zhejiang university school of continuing education training management practical work process of some problems and difficulties faced by were summarized, according to the training of the college management system research background, identified the article’s main research direction and content to carry out work.Business analysis, the author comprehensively and detailed business process for the work of the existing training has carried on the systematic analysis of the existing business process is put forward on the basis of the existing problems and the rational analysis, finally presents a new optimized business processes.In functional analysis, the article has been clear about the system function, according to the data dictionary and data flow analysis, this paper expounds the achievement and certificate management, training, project management, training process, training, organization and management, system management, basic data management, and a total of seven function modules,management of part-time teachers, and the overall function structure of the system are summarized.In data analysis, the article established the entity relationship e-r diagram, each database table is given, and further to the system each function needed for processing data to carry on the reasonable analysis.Finally, the author summarizes the research and analysis, this paper and the improvement work has carried on the forecast and prospect in the future.
