Since the promulgation of the "electronic bidding and bidding measures" and the concept of "Internet +" tendering procurement in 2013,we have made use of the Internet thinking and its technological achievements to promote transformation and upgrading of the traditional public resources trading platform,from tangible to intangible,and build interconnected,open sharing,unified regulation,healthy and transparent public resources trading market.System is the inevitable trend of innovation and development of public resource trading platform in the Internet era.At present,A city Public Resources Trading Center undertakes the public resources trading services such as bidding,public procurement,state-owned assets trading,land and mining rights trading.In order to build a highly open and transparent business process and improve the service level and work quality,a scientific,reasonable and efficient A city public resources trading platform must be built in accordance with the policy of "the government guides the market,the market opens the transaction,the transaction standard operation,the operation unified supervision".This paper implements the whole process according to the A city public resource trading platform software.The article first introduces the realistic background of the subject construction,expounds the related research at home and abroad,points out the direction and value of the research,and then the composition of the key technologies used in the system.The characteristics are elaborated,mainly including J2 EE,Hibernate,Struts,Spring and other relatively mature and advanced technologies.Then,from the system function use cases,business functions,business processes and other aspects of the needs analysis,pointed out the system non-functional requirements.Then the system is designed in detail,the system application architecture,technical architecture and deployment architecture are designed.The system multi-level architecture and core technology components are defined.The system function modules are designed in detail.The system function modules include system login,service platform and trading platform,main library,system management,etc.,these functions are designed through UML modeling methods.The focus of this paper is on system design and implementation.The new A city public resources trading platform has made new breakthroughs in the design and development of electronic trading system,transaction witness service,site facilities management,information consulting service,CA mutual recognition technology and so on,greatly improving the level of information and intelligent services of the trading platform.Hope that through the research work of this paper,to the diversification of public resources trading service platform,provide some reference value.
