Analysis And Design Of Online Bidding Management System For Government Procurement

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the procurement of various levels of government procurement centers,bidding business scale and complexity of business processes,as well as the amount of projects involved will also increase.To this end,a large number of provincial government procurement centers in some economically developed provinces in China have accelerated the construction and implementation of the government procurement information management platform.Based on the framework of J2 EE and e-commerce and online payment technology,a process oriented bidding system for government procurement center is designed and implemented.Based on the bidding of all kinds of users,a detailed analysis of the bidding work of the entire process,establish the function model,structure model and the dynamic model with unified modeling language,to achieve a detailed analysis of the bidding business.On the basis of the analysis,put forward the software structure design of the system,a detailed description of the functional design of each module,the user login,online approval,initialization of tenders bidding typical operation detail design,the key technology to design the online payment providers bid bond.Further,the database model of the system is designed,and some typical database table structures are described.On the basis of system design,the realization process of typical functions such as authority initialization,bidding announcement approval,online bidding and margin online payment is given.Through the test,it shows that the system operation is stable,the function realization has achieved the anticipated design goal,and can satisfy the present government procurement center's bidding service demand.Based on careful study of existing bidding business processes,the development of the on-line online bidding application platform,each link in the bidding business,the Internet based on the working mode of the construction of standardized,the basic completion of the government office bidding business,cost savings at the same time,it is significant to provide the entire bidding bidding system efficiency.
