Safety supervision and management is an important means to ensure the safety of construction. Since the construction industry develop rapidly,the tasks of safety supervision and management are becoming more and more heavy.Many problems such as low efficiency, lax enforcement and so on are exposed under the traditional manual supervision, which seriously affect the development of safety supervision work. Using computer network technology to realize information construction of construction safety supervision and management can further standardize the construction production behavior and improve the information level of the construction safety management.The security supervision and management system are designed and realized by using workflow technology in this thesis. The system can realize the automation of the safety supervision and management in a sense. The use of workflow technology brings a lot of benefits, such as simplifies business, improves the work efficiency of the employees and makes a clear distinction between duties and powers of the departments. The system lays a good foundation for the safety supervision work.The main contents of the thesis include the following points:Firstly, some basic theories of workflow are introduced, the workflow model and workflow system are studied, and the advantages of workflow technology are analyzed.Secondly, this content firstly introduces several access control methods, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and the access control requirements of safety supervision and management system, and then introduces the secure access control model based on workflow and its model authorization rules, and finally applies them in the security supervision management system.Thirdly, the demands of the system are carried out from many aspects, system mode was established by UML use case. The functional modules of the system aredivided, the business entities and their relations are described by E-R diagram.Last, through the detailed design of the workflow engine and the system function module and the database, the safety supervision and management system are realized with combining the three tier architecture of B/S and independently developed workflow engine. At last, the function and performance of the system are tested.Through the above research, the characteristics of this thesis are mainly reflected in two aspects:1. Through the research on the existing security access control model and the system security access control requirement, the workflow security access control model is introduced to achieve the reasonable distribution of system permissions, and improve the utilization of resources and system security.2. Workflow technology are applied to the business process of safety supervision and management system. When the business process is changed, we can just modify the definition of process model. It not only realizes the separation of the business process logic and application logic, but also makes power separate and regulate the safety supervision work.
