With the rapid development of industrial 4.0 era,in the field of industrial automation,thedemand for HMI software extensibility is also growing.Therefore,in the testing process of HMI software,how to verify the accuracy of label transmission of HMI software has become a difficulty for software testing engineers.By investigating and comparing different methods of label verification at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of each method in HMI software system testing are pointed out.For example,the comparison of labels by adding color sensors is not suitable for distributed and topologically large environment in actual installation.Virtual machine test environment.A new solution of automatic label numerical verification is proposed,which combines UIA technology with OPC communication technology,reads label values in PLC by HMI configuration software,and compares label values read by UIA in real time,tracks and records logs and saves test results.Testers can view the results of tag alignment in real time.This paper expounds in detail the principle of software system testing,the basic framework structure of Microsoft UI Automation,the use method,OPC communication technology and other knowledge and technical means,and then draws a conclusion that it is feasible to use this method to verify the correctness of numerical transmission on client side in software system testing of large-scale distributed topology.This method not only improves the efficiency of testers,but also saves working time.
