In recent years, with the development of information technology, the industry of integrated circuits has been widely valued. 2014 the government of china promulgated the "National outline of promoting the development of the industry of integrated circuits", the national strategy for development of integrated circuits had been highlighted once again.In the new era of information technology,, especially in information related industry, such as smart sensor, automatic control, Internet of things(Io T)and so on, the shipment of sundry sensors, wireless devices for transmission and microcontrollers with high level of integration is exponentially increasing. As the core of the various nodes and intelligent system of sensing, The microcontrollers has a long history, and has been constantly upgrading,which are more powerful,ever-smaller, even used by a button battery for ten years. With the high performance and high level of integration, the gross of industrial MCU market continues to expand,which will be more than 3.4 billion US dollars in 2014.It can be predicted that, the differential competition of MCU market will be more intense. Who willl get much space for development if Adapts market more quickly to produce high quality products.It requires the engineers race against time in all IC design flow. The verification process takes a lot of time,and it need more innovative technology to complete the verification process.This paper bases on the new low-power MCU chip design project, achieve improvements in verification method and technique with the original.Design the So C verification platform with the CAPI interactive technology which is a new concept, with the new platform, reduce the MCU system-level verification time, conducive to the product rapidly tapeout. AHB protocol decoder which Implements the CAPI interactive technology through detects the specific timing of read and write on AHB Bus forgetting useful informations which are configured. The CAPI module in testbench will use the information to determine the operating behavior which has preset. With add the AHB protocol decoder and the CAPI module to testbench, the physically interactive channel had been achieved.Based on the physical channel, through writting CAPI interactive function by software, and using the function to write testcases, complete unified configuration both on the verification platform and the DUT, reduce the chance of error. Implement testcases base on writting entirely in C language,meanwhile, a C language program can verify multiple function points, so Improve the diversity and stability of system-level verification,be closer to actual applications of the chip. Write testcases with CAPI interaction function can increase the readability of testcases, be convenient to fix and maintain the program, compare data, generate reports to logs and achieve to reduce verification time. Finally, this paper describes the application of CAPI interactive technology on the verification of the SPI module in MCU chip. So C system-level verification testcases including basic registers test, sending data test, transmitting in the maximum speed test, interrupt system test, transmitting by DMA test, wake-up system from stop mode and wake-up from wait mode, Show a good result for this verification method.Through the practice of project proved, the verification methed for So C which be described in this paper improves the efficiency of work, and show convenient for practice and reusability, it is worth learning and promotion. Due to the limitation of space and time, the system-level verification methed also has many points that are not the best solutions,which need to be further improved in future work.
