With the increase of the number of students in our country,the types of experimental equipment allocated to students are more and more abundant,and the number of experimental equipment is increasing gradually.Moreover,most colleges and universities have set up laboratories suitable for their own experimental teaching,and put forward individualized teaching.So as to stimulate students' interest in learning.Although the allocation of experimental equipment provides a good teaching and learning environment for teachers and students,it also increases the difficulty of laboratory management.Firstly,the laboratory of Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College is briefly introduced.According to the present situation of laboratory management,some problems are summarized,and the design requirements of laboratory management system are analyzed.Secondly,according to the principle of system design,STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is selected as the core controller,and the dynamic information of equipment,the information of laboratory image and the information of laboratory concentration are collected by using RFID tag and camera MQ-2 smoke sensor,respectively.Through the GPRS DTU wireless transmission function module to realize the information transmission,complete the system overall scheme design,and divide the system function into five function modules,including equipment management work Energy module,user management function module,data management function module,real-time monitoring function module,safety management function module.In order to manage the experimental data easily,the database is designed,and the table connection is created according to the primary key of each table,which is convenient for information query.Thirdly,Visual Studio 2010 is selected as the system development environment to realize the functions of the system.Finally,the user management function,data management function,real-time monitoring function and safety management function are tested.The reliability of the system design is judged by analyzing the test results.The results of user management function test show that the laboratory management system developed in this paper can effectively identify the identity of visitors;The data management function test results show that the data query function of the laboratory management system designed in this paper can satisfy the real-time and accuracy requirements of data transmission through the mobile phone short message transmission verification scheme,and the transmission accuracy is 100.The results of real-time monitoring function test show that the laboratory management system designed in this paper can collect image information effectively and the picture is very clear,and the test results of safety management function show that the laboratory management system developed in this paper can be accurate.Detection of smoke concentration,when the concentration beyond 1mmp can send an alarm,played a safety management function.Therefore,the laboratory management system designed in this paper can be popularized and applied in Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College.
