The Design And Implementation Of Supervision Management Information System Of Liaohe Oilfield

With the increase of operational scale and management complexity of the Liaohe Oilfield Supervision Company(LOSC),the information management system of the company is hard to keep pace with the development of the company.In order to improve the management of the company,to possess more supervisory tools and to satisfy the requirements for engineering projects.The best approach is to integrate the information management system,to apply the information equipment in the inspection of the work and to digitalize the supervisory workflow based on the computer networks.This paper designs and realizes the information management system of liaohe oilfield supervision company including demand analyses,system design and system implementation.The demand analyses include analyses of performance requirements and functionality requirements;system design includes overall construction plan,system function design and database design;system implementation is based on SSH2 framework,using RIA model and J2 EE architecture,as well as the incorporation of Oracle database technology into the engineering management module,dynamic management module,data supervision module,management control module and systems management module.Based on the information management needs of LOSC,this paper aims to establish a multi-functional platform to coordinate supervisory function with routine management and to achieve custom processing and whole-process management and to realize electronic-based and paper-less management for all business processes.To ensure the stability of the information system,this paper outlines the functional tests including safety test,UI test and compatibility test.
