Taiyuan City Investment Company has 15 functional departments and 12 subsidiaries with more than 500 employees.Because of the large number of employees and business needs,in order to improve office efficiency,it is necessary for the company to establish a complete information office system.Based on this demand,a summary of the requirements was carried out and the system was further developed.This thesis analyzes the background and significance of the OA office information management system of Taiyuan City Investment Corporation.According to the company's specific requirements for OA information system,the demand analysis report is completed.The paper elaborates on the requirements analysis of OA information system,the business process and activity flow chart of each functional module of the system;system design,system design principles and design goals,detailed functional module diagram division and functional design scheme;system implementation,system specific function interface Implementation code analysis.This system is mainly based on J2 EE platform for design and implementation.It adopts the mature framework of J2 EE platform SSH for backbone architecture.At the same time,some function plug-ins and auxiliary frameworks are used to realize the main functions of the system.The system design and implementation concept makes full use of the advanced software engineering research and development concept at the current stage,and combines the best practices,from the system research,feasibility analysis,requirements analysis to the final system integration test,deployment test The advanced concept is strictly enforced.The system mainly summarizes the requirements according to the problems in the actual production environment,refers to the company's business processes and hardware and software conditions,carries out the requirements modeling,process analysis,database design and other design,according to which the system is realized,the system can be used to improve employees Work efficiency reduces the waiting time for coordination between departments and improves the efficiency of the entire company.
