The Design And Implementation Of Online Bidding Management System For Unclear Power Engineering Projects

With the expansion of the field of bidding,for government procurement and project implementation,etc.,bidding have accessed to various industries.The traditional bidding methods results in problems gradually.In order to solve the problem of traditional bidding way,such as cumbersome processes,higher costs of information search and so on,online bidding comes into being.Online bidding system based on computer network and security technology uses networks to accomplish real-time,security and rapid transmission of information.The traditional bidding can not match the efficiency,accuracy and low cost.At present,a growing number of government departments began to use information technology tools working to reform the traditional way of bidding,exploring a new model of network bidding.However,in the implementation of e-government online bidding,the bidders privacy safety and bid security,the scientific and fairness of evaluation process,and the integration of different sectors.the online bidding system and other issues are not addressed effectively.This thesis analyzes the background and significance of online bidding system of Nuclear power engineering project.This paper proposes solution of making a real sense of the online bidding system.In the specific design and implementation process,it describes the related technologies of system,such as ASP.NET,database technology and system mode,etc.,to determine the system's technology framework.In system requirements analysis phase,it determines the goal of the system building,re-defines the business process of Online bidding,and mines system data requirements,software requirements and functional requirements.In the system design and implementation phase,it proceeds the system's overall design,database design and implementation,the main function module design and implementation.In the system running test phase,functional testing and performance testing makes the system has great practical significance.The system uses the B/S mode and adopts the Internet Information Server as a Web server and ASP.NET technology to develop.It adopt SQL Server 2005 as database.The designed and implemented online bidding system of Nuclear power engineering project can achieve the online publishment of tender information,online bidding,on-line evaluation and other functions.Through software testing and application,the system is operation-simple,efficient,no geographical restrictions and easy query.At the same time,because of the transparency of the bidding process,it makes the government's bidding more open,fair and justice.
