Research On Contract Management Of Safety Information Software Development Project

More and more enterprises have put emphasis on software application and its efficiency and convenience have won the favor of common people as well. However, how to ensure the high quality and efficient development of software has become a major problem for a lot of software development enterprises. The thesis attempts to conduct a research on improving the speed and quality of software development in a software project through contract management, with an aim to analyze and summarize theories about contract management of software projects combined with specific conditions of actual cases, study and explore the existing problems in contract management in specific cases, propose research design and solutions for the earlier, middle and later stages of contract management and put forward cautions and suggestions for contract management in software projects. Therefore, the thesis starts with the current situation of engineering contract management and software project contract management in China, summarizes previous research on software project contract management home and abroad, employs literature research, survey research, descriptive research and case studies and covers three aspects of software project contract management from three stages:preparation, research and perfection. The three aspects are:1) making studies on research of contract management home and abroad and analyzing the characteristics and key points of the research according to the features of software contract;2) conducting research on the contract preparation in early stage, supervision and control throughout contract implementation, and the key points, difficulties and solutions of terminating contract in advance in order to protect the interests of contract owners during contract implementation;3) putting forward precautions and solutions for the contract management of information security software in Guangxi Water Conservancy&Electric Power Construction Group, perfecting the completed work and proposing suggestion for reinforcing contract management.
