Nowadays,in the era of rapid development,there are series of phenomena caused by the development of society,such as the ageing population has intensified and all kinds of accidents could lead to an increase in the number of disabled,which makes an essential tools for wheelchair as their life and travel.Wheelchair market is no longer satisfied the ground walk wheelchairs,making the study of electric stair-climbing wheelchair appears with the tide of the times.This topic's electric wheelchair is a stair-climbing tool which can walk on the ground and climb the stairs or obstacles,it is very convenience for the elderly and disabled life and travel.The paper mainly takes wheelchair seat position regulating mechanism to study,on which the data acquisition system is designed,and then through the analysis of the different principle of data acquisition system,select hybrid acquisition system composed of PC and microcontroller.This data acquisition system will realize the function of three ascepts: take microcontroller and peripheral circuit as low machine which is used to implement data acquisition function;PC(the highest place machine)is used to realize the function of show,analysis and dispose data;RS232 bus is used to connected PC and microcontroller which will realize the function of data transmitted through serial communication.Low machine is controlled by microcontroller which could make infrared distance sensor to realize analog signal acquisition and output voltage,the highest place machine will receive the transmited voltage values when they after A/D conversion and data processing.PC software is based on VC++6.0 platform to design dialog interface.According to the monitoring data,PC outputs sigmal control for microcontroller to realize the function of driving a stepper motorrotation.At last,in the MatLab software to give two methords to design distance and voltage,coming form infrared distance sensor output,to draw fitting curve.According to display and analysis the collection of infrared distance sensor and output of data on the PC dialog interface,which realizes the function of judging and changing the driection and rotation of the stepper motor.This function verify the feasibility of data acquisition system and achieve the desired results.
