Design And Implementation Of Administrative Examination And Approval Platform Based On Component Technology

The flexibility and adaptability of China’s E-government (EGA) systems is oneof the key problems in the work of government information nowadays，and eachproject of EGA is respectively implement by governments and departments, whichcause large resources put in repeatedly and potential risk of “information island”.Toresolve those problems mentioned above, in this paper, based on the software reuseand component technology, we developed the system design of administrativeexamination and approval platform which based on component technology.Firstly, we put forward the defect of current E-government systems, such as“information island”, large resources which repeatedly put in and demand whichfrequently changes, and the research background of this subject. Secondly, byintroducing the theory of software reuse and component technology; specificarchitecture and design idea of administrative examination and approval platformwhich based on component technology is described in detail; Thirdly, this paperintroduces briefly the critical technique of this platform, the platform of based ontechnical components such as workflow, platform for the business component, theapplication integration platform of data exchange and application scheduling, whichbuild up the approval platform, the specific realization of this platform in practice isdiscussed in detail; In the end, through the application of analysis and comparison ofspecific projects, and proves that we design the administrative examination andapproval platform which based on component technology can establish a goodmechanism for software reuse, to provide a unified, stable, and reliable framework forthe application system of government.Based on the development of “Changsha administrative examination andapproval platform”, we build up the platform based on technical components such asworkflow, which effectively resolve the demand of multi-sectoral approval platform,which frequently changes, and improve the flexibility and adaptability of software;build up the platform for business component, which effectively resolve the processesof reconstruction, and improve the stability and reusability of software; build up theapplication integration platform of data exchange and application scheduling, whicheffectively avoid the problem of “information island”, integrate the existing approvalsystem and business system, achieve the data sharing of inter-departmental approval platform, and achieve the powerful connection control and integration of information.
