Administrative Examination And Approval System Based On Workflow Technology Design And Realization

In China, E-government is a main task of information construction at present. The administrative examining and approving system is an vital important part of E-government, whose ultimate aim is to improve the efficiency of government, optimize flowchart, reduce government organ, and all above offer better service for the citizen and business enterprise. With the sustaining development of E-government, workflow technology plays an important role in the establishment of examine and approve platform.According to the conditions of Huishan district, administration examining and approving system is designed to be secure and reliable, agile and efficient, diplex by utilizing object oriented software method, well-developed development technology and consummate security steps. By this system , government can offer various administration service for people such as approving document, proof, license.Based on the reference model of workflow designed by WFMC, this paper introduces the workflow technology to the administrator examining and approving platform applications. The whole system model and workflow engine model are all described by UML. The system model is meet to the business requirement and construct requirement specification and describes the static structure and dynamic behavior. Adopting three tiers of operation pattern on the B/S composition and using hierarchical design idea den encoding most of general function the system is convenient for extending and transplanting. Meanwhile, the paper introduces the design and realization of workflow engine, which is the kernel of the platform and defines the interface of workflow engine. This paper also probes into technology of Bluetooth to provide secure channels for data exchanging between two idolated LAN.
