One of the most important functions of MES is inventory management.In the process of extracting data in the steelmaking area,it is necessary to rely on the area library management system,to obtain more accurate data sources,so as to ensure that the data are more real and effective,and the information management can make the work more efficient.The greatest benefit of warehousing is to infiltrate information management into every link.At the same time,we can also give all the work of production scheduling smoothly.Therefore,this paper is committed to explore the following aspects.This project is based on the MES system design and development of a steelmaking area as the background of this article project.After a number of researches on the steelmaking plant,and compared with the management methods used by many modern stocks at home and abroad,the software is designed to optimize the inventory management system of the steel billet and establish the business with the enterprise.A consistent information management system.The problems in the optimization library are solved,and the problem of outgoing and information management is solved.In order to put forward effective suggestions for enterprises to carry out automation management better,this article is committed to explore the following aspects:(1)This paper introduces the research status of MES at home and abroad,and distinguishes and explore the situation of MES in China's steelmaking area.According to the actual application situation,summarizes the experience and existing problems in the process,and puts forward effective development suggestions for the development of the billet warehouse management.(2)On the basis of exploring the actual operation of MES in the steelmaking area,the details of the management of the billet warehouse are analyzed from the design level.Then we can explore build a perfect billet storage management system,and divide the function of the billet Library based on the concept of database.(3)This paper takes a steelmaking area as the main research object.This paper focuses on the output of the warehouse management process,setting the model parameters,combining with the actual development situation,detailed calculation of the special properties and scope of the storage link.According to the research in this paper,it is found that the algorithm can effectively reduce the stacking volume.(4)On the basis of asp.net and C# programming language,the management software is designed to ensure the establishment of a reliable and practical application,establish a friendly user interface,to help the enterprise to improve the production rate and the management ability,so as to improve the decision-making environment of the enterprise,thus helping the iron and steel enterprises to develop the effective MES.Reference resources...
