| With the continuous progress of science and technology,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Small enterprises are springing up all over the country,medium and large enterprises are slowly impacting the larger low-end market with high-quality and cheap products.Therefore,enterprises are required to reduce costs and reduce their own selling prices to compete,so enterprises turn their attention to warehousing.Because warehousing has always been ignored,but it is essential,and in the view of traditional enterprise managers,the cost of warehousing also accounts for a high proportion,which belongs to worthless construction cost.Therefore,more and more entrepreneurs put forward whether they can reduce the cost of warehousing or improve the efficiency of warehousing operation through some way.This paper studies the location allocation and information system in the storage.According to the problems existing in the actual operation of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse of a certain model company,this paper establishes the location allocation model and develops the location allocation system and storage management system.Firstly,the company’s storage data is used,and the logistics characteristic method is combined with Pareto analysis method to analyze the company’s class A,B and C customers.Then the weight of the three types of customers is allocated through analytic hierarchy process,so as to divide the storage area of the company’s shelves,and write the plug-in program of analysis method by using the VBA tool of Excel,The plug-in can automatically calculate the corresponding customer classification,relevant data tables and analysis charts according to the exported storage data file,which eliminates the traditional process of manually sorting and analyzing data,and improves the efficiency of data analysis.Secondly,according to the three common problems in warehouse management: after the goods are put on the shelf,the time out of the warehouse may be longer;The same goods in a batch are placed randomly by the operator,resulting in scattered goods and difficult inventory;Goods with different weights are placed irregularly,resulting in accelerated damage to shelves.The mathematical model of location allocation corresponding to the problem is established,and the seagull optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The model is optimized according to the calculation results.The important optimization objectives are highlighted by adding weight ratio array and sensitivity coefficient.The convergence speed,accuracy and precocity of seagull optimization algorithm are improved by introducing nonlinear dynamic parameters.Finally,based on the model,algorithm and the three-dimensional visualization characteristics of UG software,the cargo location allocation system is designed and developed.UG is combined with Excel and MATLAB software to develop functional modules such as cargo location import,export,warehousing optimization,whole warehouse optimization,automatic warehouse building,perspective adjustment and empty cargo location.The cargo location allocation effect of the system is compared with the actual warehousing effect of the company,Verify the practical application of cargo location allocation model and seagull optimization algorithm.Adopt the jeecg boot open source framework to develop a warehouse management system based on B / S mode.The specific functional modules of the warehouse management system include: user management,production task,warehouse management,system monitoring,Kanban,system management and location allocation management,and transform and upgrade the company’s previous traditional human task arrangement,work reporting,paper out and in warehouse records into digital operations,Connect the system with the original ERP system of the company through API interface to form the exchange of information. |
