Abstract/Summary:
As one of main steelmaking,the steelmaking converter is prior to Open hearthsteelmaking, which is occupied more than50%in developed countries. And theconsuming of steel in developed countries increased by0.7%every year by2010,3.8%in developing countries,4.57%in pacific area,which is a good chance for thedevelopment of steel industry in developing countries. In China, the steelmakingconverter is60%of all steel production,and it will be stay at60%-70%.This is a further research about gas recovery system of converter steelmaking in asteelmaking plant. And the gas recovery system is designed based on Siemens S7-300automatic control system. The recycling process of gas recovery construct with S7-300as the main station, transferring data by profibus system. And on the basis of the above,data are transferred between S7-300and profibus-DP by S7-300as the main station,and the frequency of the winds of pressure machine are changed with transducer, inthe end the gas are supplied continually by controlling gas reflux.On the basis of understanding of technology and equipment chain interlockingrelationship, papers study deeply that hardware composition and softwareimplementations of control system,by which achieves converter gas recovery andutilization.To the gas pressure machine control system adopts analogue closed-loopcontrol, and aimed at the conventional PID parameters can’t achieve the problem ofsetting online. Extended Learning of fuzzy PID,using Simulink modeling andsimulation by Matlab compare with response curves of the fuzzy PID and ordinary PID.It can be seen that fuzzy PID has higher regulation accuracy and better steady-stateperformance. And the fuzzy PID control can be realized completely in Siemens S7-300.Fuzzy PID is also applied to factory practice more and more, and the control effect isalso very desired. Therefore, it has a very broad application prospect.
