3PL(third party logistics)refers to the logistics enterprise specialized in non production services.In order to concentrate on the main business,the production enterprise entrusts the logistics activities originally managed by itself to the professional logistics service enterprise through contract,so the third party logistics industry is called contract logistics.Contract logistics includes transportation,warehousing and other related activities.Transportation and storage management are the two most important links of the third-party logistics enterprises.With the marketization of the third-party logistics,the third-party logistics companies are facing more and more market competition pressure.Therefore,only by improving the efficiency of operation and reducing the cost can the enterprises obtain greater competitive advantage in the market.Based on this environment,this paper takes improving the efficiency of warehousing operation as the research object,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad,and studies the warehousing management of the third-party logistics company,which involves the location allocation of arrival and warehousing and the picking and batching of outbound orders.In order to improve the efficiency of goods delivery and the rationality of goods classification,so that the delivery operation can better meet the needs of customers,by analyzing the historical order data according to the two factors of delivery quantity and production frequency,a more reasonable method of goods classification is obtained,and then the apriori analysis tool is used to analyze the association degree of class a products,so as to make the delivery frequency high,delivery quantity large and strong correlation.The goods are placed in the adjacent position,and then the picking location is optimized.First of all,on the basis of consulting a large number of documents related to the research topic and on-the-spot investigation,this paper studies the location allocation of the picking area of the warehouse according to the actual situation,analyzes the operation mode and the storage mode of the existing warehouse,establishes the material method with reference to the product BOM,analyzes the historical order data with the ABC analysis method,and uses the apriori analysis tool to analyze the outbound goods.The optimization is the setting of picking location,which provides a feasible solution for the storage of goods.Then,based on some assumptions,the order batching algorithm program is established to minimize the picking distance.Finally,NSGA-II genetic algorithm is used to batch the delivery orders within the time window.In order to verify the validity of the model,the small batch orders are analyzed and compared with the previous "first come first serve" model.Then,30 orders are selected to test the results of large batch analysis,which verifies the validity of the order batch model again.The innovation of this paper is mainly to regard each link of warehousing as an organic whole.In order to improve the efficiency of warehousing operation(mainly studying the efficiency of outbound operation),it starts from the setting of goods storage location,and puts forward ABC classification management method for storage location setting,which analyzes the sales quantity and sales frequency,and cross combines the two class a materials.Then,in order to further improve the rationality of goods placement,apriori,a data mining tool,is used to analyze the association of class a products,and the goods with strong association are placed close to each other.Another innovation is to use the idea of genetic algorithm to make reasonable batch and path optimization for the delivery orders within the time window,change the order operation mode of "first come first serve" in the past,and the way of manual document splitting and picking path selection.The method of warehouse location allocation in picking area and the method of delivery order batching have been applied to the warehouse management of the company.Through real operation feedback,the efficiency of warehouse delivery operation has been effectively improved,the cost of inventory management has been reduced,and some economic benefits have been brought to the company.
