With the rapid development of science and technology,especially network communication and information technology,automation technology has penetrated into all fields of contemporary society,playing an increasingly important role in national economy and daily life.As a perfect combination of modern communication technology and automation technology,the automated warehouse transmission system has many advantages such as high automation,fast operation speed and low labor cost.It has been widely used in many fields and enterprises.In an environment of increasing industrial automation,companies are paying more and more attention to the degree of automation and intelligence in industrial operations.Therefore,the use of computer technology to achieve the collection and monitoring of data in the process of automated warehousing and transmission,and the research on the storage location optimization according to the actual needs of enterprises,has important theoretical value and practical application value.Based on the automated storage and transmission experiment platfonn,this paper introduces the related equipment and technology involved in the system,and designs the overall framework of monitoring system and storage location optimization for automated warehousing and transmission.In this paper,the monitoring system and the automated warehousing location optimization are studied.The main work is as follows:The monitoring system for automated warehousing and transmission is realized by Forcecontrol.On the basis of defining communication schemes between monitoring system and shuttle car,monitoring system and controller,the database of monitoring system is designed.The function module and interface of the monitoring system,animation simulation technology,data communication protocol,field information acquisition,real-time control equipment are studied and realized.The actual operation verifies that the system meets the design requirements.According to the warehousing needs and storage location optimization strategy,the obj ective and model of location optimization are established on the basis of the principle of optimization of the location.An improved simulated annealing genetic algorithm is proposed by analyzing and comparing the related algorithms for solving the model.The experimental results are compared and analyzed to verify the optimization effect of the algorithm.Finally,this paper combines theoretical research with practical application to realize the data analysis and management system based on location optimization.The system mainly realizes the functions of location optimization,data display and analysis,and can interact with the monitoring system to guide the allocation of storage space.This research has a strong application value and practical significance for the realization of efficient automated warehousing and transmission operations.
