The present people use the technology,the standard of life also is improving.The development of the information technology and the information is rapidly spread by Internet,that not only conveniently to share data for people,but also brought a qualitative leap for people's work and life.Due to the rapid development of computer software technology,more and more entity sales company hope that they could improve the management of the company in the past mode.They could realize to make the profit of company to get the maximization.Through the sales of the company's market research,we will use software technology to develop an automobile sales and service management system.It could conveniently share the relevant data of company,and promote the company each department staff can timely communicate work,and the important customers' data can be safely stored.In the process of data analysis,we not only could rapidly dealing with the information to cut down the cost of production,but also staff and leaders have different personalization system permissions,employee also could timely formulate the sales strategy to adapt to the market and consumer demand to improve the probability of successful sales.This system adopts B/S structure,and using the three layers development mode of MVC to design system architecture,and based on the SSH(Spring + Struts 2 + Hibernate)framework technology,the system is including the presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer,data persistence layer,database.The work of connecting and operating the database in data access layer,Hibernate encapsulate JDBC in the persistence layer,the data of data access layer is synchronized with the database.Through the analysis of the company's business,we decide to design the system function module that are basic data management module,financial and order management module,sales management module,the warehouse management module,and after-sales service management module by using the Java development language,My SQL database,the Eclipse development tools.The system in order to improve the efficiency of the sales,collect the customers' hobby cars' type when customers register,use the collaborative filtering technique based on the user to calculate Pearson correlation coefficient respectively.Match the customer with highest similarity,merge the be fond of target users and reference model,to calculate the target user preference model and focus on highest forecast models to recommend to the customer.The pages use the three technologies of(HTML5+ CSS + Javascript).So that the pages could show better compatibility with each browses,in order to enhance the user experience.In accordance with business requirements and functional requirements by using black box testing method,Junit and Jmeter test tools to make the correlative function test and performance test.Automobile sales and service system could generally work related business function in according to business requirements analysis,make each department staff could communicate in a timely and effective manner.Information administrator undertake effective management of basic information,avoid the human error when dealing with more data,the order have different order type that could be processed in a timely manner,sales man can timely formulate sales plan and let the customer can get effective recommendation information and so on.System also need to be extended in the aspect of the accounting function of tax and profit as well as the warehouse management inventory surplus function such as dish deficient.Due to the diversity of sales management,the system also need to constantly adjust and optimize.
